1. We all like to live new and fresh. The pre-owned home market is very scarce, and it’s tough to find properties with warranties on anything in the house. When you buy a new home, you get lots of manufacturer warranties on your appliances and systems.
2. Upgrades. The majority of people want to enjoy their home right after buying it. An existing home could need some serious work before you get to enjoy it.
